Erected c. 1838 for Mrs. Christian Miltenberger by Rice and Tibbetts, builders, this is the corner building in a series of three exposed brick Greek Revival townhouses, which had cast iron galleries added c. 1858. This building also has a 1930s three-story brick addition on the Dumaine St. side.
