Proposed change--yellow with green stripes to green. 5-story commercial building of various construction dates. Once part of the c. 1835 row, the building lost its upper three floors in the 1870s. Then, in the 1880s, three floors were replaced and a fifth floor was added in the early 1900s. The glass and metal penthouse with an elevator tower was added in 1981.
