Square: 100 Lot Number: 19015

Vieux Carré Commission Evaluation:

No change: green. An 1831 building contract documents the construction date of this double, gable-ended, masonry Creole cottage, which was constructed by the free men of color builders, Charles Durand and Pierre Laurent. The building was victorianized later in the 19th century.
