Hello drupal admins and editors.
Since our launch, have been working on fine-tuning and making updates:

- Conducted a major security update yesterday and hopefully no one noticed
a thing. Our Drupal version and all modules are all up to date.
- I created a new admin group called, pubs-admin. This group will receive
emails when a draft is ready for review. This group includes Anne, Cathe,
(and I temporarily). Everyone else shouldnt be receiving these emails.
- I have been asked to create user accounts for Sarah D (CIS) and Jason W.
Sarah will be updating her page soon, which will eventually phase out the
CIS off-site square space site. Jason will be contributing new content for
Recent Acquisitions and also updating links for the BNO pathfinders. The
Pubs-Admin group will just need to edit or publish these drafts once made.
- I'm nearing completion of our first Drupal webform. It is for
setting up field trip visits for education. I'll let you know when
thats done and you can see how this module can help in any future needs you
may have.
- On the My Workbench page, top left link, you can access this Mass Contact
page to email drupal admins or users, in case you have a need to contact
them. The link is under My Profile on the My Workbench page.
- Steve's been working hard in getting redirects from old stuff
functioning properly and making sure any future search indexing doesnt
refer to old stuff. This is always a lengthy process, slowly but surely,
Google and Bing and whatever else will have us indexed correctly and up to
date.
