Proposed change -- green with blue stripes to blue. Important 2-story brick entresol building (c. 1795-1810, probably by Gurlie and Guillot) which maintains its original wrought iron balcony on the St. Louis Street side. The heavily proportioned cast iron gallery was added to the Chartres Street façade in the 1960s. The Vieux Carré Commission recently (1987) approved an application to extend the St. Louis Street-side balcony.
