Tennessee Williams Scholars Conference

The Tennessee Williams / New Orleans Literary Festival returns to New Orleans for the 31st year March 22–26. The Historic New Orleans Collection is pleased to host several festival events, including master classes, and panel discussions. A complete schedule of events is available online.

THNOC also hosts the Tennessee Williams Scholars Conference, where literary and theater experts share their insights into the creative work of the great American playwright. The conference is directed by Robert Bray, emeritus professor of English at Middle Tennessee State University and founder of the Tennessee Williams Annual Review, published by The Historic New Orleans Collection. The 2017 edition, edited by R. Barton Palmer, will be released in conjunction with the festival.
