The following information refers to the 2010 New Orleans Antiques Forum. Information about the 2011 forum will be posted as it is determined.


Location

The third annual New Orleans Antiques Forum will take place in the Boyd Cruise Room of the Williams Research Center, located at 410 Chartres Street. Additional activities will be held around the French Quarter, and the optional preconference bus tour will take participants to Baton Rouge.

  • Full Forum: $200 (SOLD OUT)
    Access to all sessions held Friday–Sunday. Registration includes access to Friday evening’s reception.

  • Saturday–Sunday Only: $125 (SOLD OUT)
    Access to sessions on both Saturday and Sunday.

  • Friday Only: $100 (SOLD OUT)
    Access to Friday sessions only. Registration includes access to Friday evening’s reception.

  • The optional tour of Louisiana furniture collections and optional brunch are not included in any of the above registration packages and are only open to forum registrants.


 



Hotel Accommodations

The Hotel Monteleone is offering a special $99 rate for participants in the New Orleans Antiques Forum. At 214 Royal Street, near the corner of Bienville and Royal streets, the Hotel Monteleone is within a few blocks of The Historic New Orleans Collection and offers modern amenities and classic French Quarter charm. Reservations must be made via telephone and on or by July 9, 2010, to receive the special rate. Overnight parking is available for an additional fee.



Parking


Discounted parking is available to forum participants at the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel, 621 St. Louis Street, and at Premium Parking, 525 Chartres Street, for $10. Participants must have their parking passes validated at the forum to receive the reduced rate. Additional parking is available throughout the French Quarter and along the riverfront.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please submit a written statement with your name, e-mail address, and telephone number to wrc@hnoc.org or to THNOC Williams Research Center, 410 Chartres Street, New Orleans, LA  70130. Cancellations may also be faxed to (504) 598-7168. Cancellations must be received by July 23, 2009, to receive a refund.
