AUDIOVISUAL DUPLICATIONS
Screening copies of motion picture collections and listening copies and/or transcripts of audio collections are available for consultation in the reading room. Editing copies of these collections may be available in a variety of formats, depending on the collection. Rental fees for editing copies are determined on a case-by-case basis, and may include charges associated with off-site reproduction services. Reproductions are not made of audio materials that are available commercially.
REPRODUCTION / EXHIBITION FEES
All reproduction/exhibition fees are per-image/per-use.
Reproduction/exhibition fee may be reduced or waived at the discretion of the Director. Request for reduction or waiver must be made in writing and should be submitted in addendum to the Notification of Intent.
