The Historic New Orleans Collection is proud to introduce its online search facility, Mint Online. Researchers may now retrieve information on materials held in the Library, Manuscripts and Museum curatorial divisions with a single query. In the coming months, researchers will gain added options as we enhance the facility to include greater detail and collection specific searches.
Currently, materials may be queried at the institutional level by a variety of access points, such as Creator, Date of Creation and title. We are in the early phase of implementing our Collection Theme thesaurus, an institution-wide, hierarchical subject classification scheme that describes the materials held by The Historic New Orleans Collection.
